Nominations for the RVP 2025 were invited through the official portal awards.gov.in between October 4 and November 17, 2024.
Each nomination underwent rigorous evaluation by the Rashtriya Vigyan Puraskar Committee, chaired by the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India, with participation from department secretaries, academy heads, and domain experts.
